Shipping Terms
1. General Processing Time (In-Stock Items)
We know you want to get on the wall as soon as possible. All orders for in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods (like new drops or holidays), processing may take an additional day.
2. Pre-Order & Pre-Sale Shipping
At Kensho Club, we sometimes offer Pre-Orders or Pre-Sales to help us manage inventory sustainably and ensure you get the gear you want.
- Timeline: Pre-order items have a production and shipping lead time of approximately 4 to 8 weeks from the date your order is placed.
- Payment: Payment is collected at the time of checkout to secure your reservation.
- Combined Shipping: If your order contains both "In-Stock" and "Pre-Order" items, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order items are available. If you need your in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
- Updates: We will keep you updated via email regarding the production status of your pre-order gear.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates vary based on weight, destination, and the carrier selected.
- Canada: Shipped via [Canada Post/UPS/FedEx].
- United States: Shipped via [USPS/UPS/DHL].

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kensho Club is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
- For US Customers: Most orders under $800 USD entering the USA are duty-free, but this is subject to US Customs and Border Protection regulations.
- For Canadian Customers: Applicable GST/HST/PST will be calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
Kensho Club is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us.
