Returns & Exchanges
1. 14-Day Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date your order was marked as "Delivered" to request a return.
- For Pre-Orders: The 14-day window begins on the day the package is delivered to your doorstep.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn and Unwashed: No signs of wear, stretching, or use.
- Original Tags Attached: All hang-tags must be intact.
- Clean: Free of climbing chalk, dirt, pet hair, or odors.
Please Note: If items are returned with chalk marks or signs of use at the crag/gym, they will be rejected and returned to you.
3. Return Fees: Canada
For customers located within Canada:
- We provide a return shipping label.
- A flat processing fee of $10 CAD will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the cost of the return label and restocking.
4. Return Fees: USA & International
For customers located outside of Canada (including the United States):
- Customer Responsibilty: The customer is responsible for 100% of the shipping costs to return the item to our Canadian facility. We do not provide return labels for international orders.
- Duties & Customs: Please ensure the package is clearly marked as "RETURN OF CANADIAN MERCHANDISE" on the customs declaration. If Kensho Club incurs any import duties or taxes upon receiving your return, these costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Method: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Exchanges & Sold Out Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size:
- Availability: Exchanges are strictly subject to inventory availability. We cannot offer exchanges on items that are sold out.
- Procedure: If the item is in stock, the standard return fees (Section 3 & 4) apply to the return of the original item.
- Sold Out: If your desired size is sold out, we will process your return as a refund (minus applicable fees) only.
To ensure you get the size you want before it sells out, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and making a separate purchase for the new size immediately.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Gift Cards.
- "Final Sale" items.
- Items requested for return after the 14-day delivery window has passed.
7. The Return Process
- Request a Return: Contact us at [Your Email Address] within 14 days of delivery.
- Ship It Back:Canada: We will email you a shipping label.USA/Intl: We will provide the return address, and you must purchase your own postage.
- Inspection: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (minus the $10 CAD fee for Canadian orders) within 10 business days.
